There is no need to add 13C glucose, deuterated glucose, 13C methanol, deuterated methanol, deuterated (d8) glycerol, 15N ammonium chloride (15NH4Cl) or other energy sources.
For most systems, protein expression yields can be increased by a factor of up to 3 compared to minimal media. You can get a sample of the medium to validate the results in your system.
